As the oldies are trendy for women this is also the question when you look at sunglasses trends for men. The 2011 trends for sunglasses are more diverse and brought back to live the 80’s attitude. The round sunglasses so appreciated by John Lennon and Ozzy Osbourne have even drew Lady Gaga’s attention and she decided it was time she wore such a pair herself this year.
 The glasses have tea shades and perfectly round lenses. The model might not be on anyone’s taste, yet one must compromise to be en vogue.

But also the Ray-Ban sunglasses, the aviator, will not disappear. It is predicted that their 2011 version will be slightly modified in colors and lenses, yet their overall look will stay basically the same.

Nike and Liberty introduces new shoe collection

Spring is in the air and so Nike introduced with floral print expert Liberty of London’s their latest shoe collection. The collection includes a huge variety of prints from the super girly floral at left to more graphic black and white, dizzying dots, and teen tiny people and there are three styles: the Blazer, the Air Force 1 and the Dunk.

The shoes will be available from April 1st in Liberty London and then they will appear in the Nike stores from May 1st.

Bicycle trend

If you don’t yet have a beach cruiser bicycle, chances are you will be quite tempted to pick one up in the near future. These bikes are really taking off.

It’s not as though beach cruisers are a new thing. They have been around since the 1950’s when many were designed to look like rocket ships or motorcycles. Today’s beach cruiser bikes are made in just about every conceivable style and design and some are designed to be lower to the ground and are made slightly elongated. Sometimes, these bikes are called beach cruiser lowriders. Last year we saw these cool bikes already in popular in cities such as New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Brussels. But this year the amount will grow.

Most people choose beach cruisers for one of two reasons: a love of all things retro or amazing comfort. For many, beach cruisers are reminiscent of bikes ridden in childhood. For the younger set, beach cruiser bikes have that cool retro look. It’s hard not to feel hip when cruising around on a beach cruiser. For those who shop for more pragmatic reasons, beach cruisers have wide, sometimes cushioned seats, high handlebars and wide tires. This results in a smooth and comfortable ride.
